My experience with the Minmatar Assault isn't too great... It's definitely designed to be stacked with extenders, hit hard, then run away. The regen is always so slow (and the delay is too if you use kin cats)

Amarr and Minmatar bonuses are pretty good, it's just the Caldari reload bonus and Gallente hip fire bonus that I don't like (Gallente bonus needs to effect plasma cannon!)
